What exactly is Eclyde?
One system for the whole restaurant: your ordering site, the till, the kitchen screen, delivery and the marketing. It replaces the four or five tools you pay for separately.
How much does it cost?
Two plans, every feature on both. €59 a month plus 5% per order, or €169 a month billed annually and we take nothing per order (€199 if you'd rather pay monthly). No setup fee, no contract, and thirty days to get your money back if it isn't working.
Do I have to drop Just Eat and Deliveroo?
No. Marketplace orders land on the same kitchen screen as your direct ones. Most restaurants run both and grow the direct share over time, because the margin is better.
How much work is the switch?
We build the menu, connect payments, set up the printers and train your staff. We need your menu and about an hour of your time. Most restaurants are live within days.
Do I own my customer data?
Yes. We do not sell or rent your customer list, and you can export all of it at any time, including if you leave.
