At €2,800 a month online, Flexible costs €59 plus €140 in order fees. That's €199, which is exactly what Flat Rate costs billed monthly. Past that point Flat Rate is cheaper, and it doesn't move again no matter how much you sell. Pay for the year up front at €169 a month and it tips sooner, around €2,200 a month.

Which plan should I pick?
It comes down to one number: your online sales in a month. Over roughly €2,800 a month, Flat Rate is the cheaper plan and you keep every cent of every order. Under that, start on the €59 Flexible plan. Pay for the year up front and Flat Rate wins from about €2,200 a month instead. Switching later is free and takes a minute, so pick for the restaurant you have now, not the one you want by Christmas.
What's the difference between monthly and annual Flat Rate?
Only the billing cycle. It's €199 a month paid monthly, or €169 a month if you pay for the year up front. Both are 0% commission with every feature. The year up front saves you €360.
Is everything really on both plans?
Yes. Ordering, POS, kitchen display, delivery, marketing, customer profiles, analytics and the review engine. There's no higher tier holding something back. The only thing that changes between the two plans is how you pay us.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
Run Eclyde for thirty days. If it hasn't paid for itself, or you just don't get on with it, ask and we send back every euro you paid. No forms, no exit interview.
Contracts, setup fees, cancellation fees?
None of the three. Nothing to pay to get set up, the plan is month to month, and you cancel in one click with your data intact. We'd rather earn next month than hold you to a year you've gone off.
How does this compare to the delivery apps?
The apps commonly take 25 to 30 percent of every order, and the customer stays theirs at the end of it. We take 0% on Flat Rate, or a flat 5% on Flexible, and the customer is yours. On a €30 order that's the difference between €8.40 gone and nothing.
What if I run more than one site?
There are special rates for groups. Tell us how many sites you have and what each one actually does, and we'll price it with you on the call.
What happens to my customer list if I leave?
It leaves with you. Your customers are yours, we don't sell them or rent them to the restaurant down the road, and you can export the whole list at any point, including on the way out the door.
